Holly + Andrew's Wedding

I had received and inquiry about a regular couples session in December 2018 and I had no idea that I would meet two people that would change my life forever and for the better. We carried through the session and I immediately adored how much love and chemistry Holly and Andrew had for each other. She had an engagement ring on and I thought that they had started the wedding planning and etc already but I soon found out that they didn’t really start planning anything until I mentioned the engagement ring! They were going to start planning but their schooling and career plans steered them away from it for awhile.

Soon after delivering their couples photos, Holly texted me and told me that Andrew and her loved my work and personality so much that they wanted to book me as their wedding photographer! I was the happiest person on earth that night and I was so excited to be apart of their wedding experience. I basically held Holly’s hand through out all of the wedding planning because she texted me about every little thing that was going to be featured at the wedding. I could literally see the wedding come together and I was so blessed to have been apart of that with them. A whole year passed and I became such close friends with them so when their wedding day came around, I was completely comfortable with the two love birds and all of their friends.

They booked the cutest cabin in Heber, AZ and they saved me a room so that I wouldn’t have to drive back home after their long wedding day. Good thing they did because I ended up partying with them all night and got to edit some shots for them in the meantime. Obviously, this wedding day was their happiest day of their lives but I definitely could say so for myself. I loved every moment of that day with them. I shared laughter, tears, and countless hugs that day and I still think about that day often. This wedding made me remember why I photograph weddings regardless of how much pressure and stress comes with the job.
